Trusted Touch Construction reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
● Safety risks are present
● Payment obligations are not met
● Harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity occurs
● Site conditions are materially different than represented

 

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation prior to pursuing legal action.

Unless otherwise required by law or contract:
● Disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration
● Legal actions shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the state in which the project is located

 

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
